Love, unity, and belonging - are the principles that motivated Alexis Ander Kashar, a Deaf civil rights attorney and entrepreneur to launch RoseBYANDER, a fine jewelry collection built on community and expressed through love. RoseBYANDER, a female and Deaf owned, is one of its kind in the fine jewelry space. Our jewelry line provides a fresh take on Love in American Sign Language (ASL) and provides a way for people to show unity in ways unavailable through other Love symbols– whether it is community,, romance, friendship or familial.

Alexis started out her career as a trailblazing civil rights lawyer fighting for the rights of children with special needs and for a more accessible society. Her career taught her that while advocacy can change the world in many ways, the most compelling form of advocacy comes from human connection. Never did she imagine the power of statement jewelry to foster such powerful connections that transcend languages and cultures until she experienced it firsthand.

Since her launch, her jewelry line has been seen on many celebrities including the cast of Academy Award-Winning Best Picture, CODA: Marlee Matlin, Emilia Jones, and Troy Kotsur who are often seen wearing their pendants.
