Domestic US shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer complimentary shipping online.All orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. PO Boxes located in the 48 contiguous states, and all APO and FPO addresses are included.
Processing time (not included in the shipping time) for orders is 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays and promotional periods. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

All orders with a total retail value over $300USD require an adult signature on delivery.
Modernica Chairs ship directly from the factory and do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at check out. All Modernica chair orders are shipped by UPS and require adult signature for delivery.
For orders shipped to Minnesota, a $0.50 Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee will apply to all online order over $100. This fee is mandated by the State of Minnesota.

We accept returns of pre-ordered merchandise back to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt (from the day you receive it, not the day you purchase it) with original proof of purchase and in original unworn condition with tags and packaging. All limited-edition and sale items or where items are noted in the product description are final - no exchanges no refund.For online returns, please email us at academymuseumstore@oscars.org with your first name, last name, and order number so we can assist you.
Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment and may take up to 7 days to process. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you are in the Los Angeles area, online orders can be easily returned in-person at the store. Please bring with you the original order invoice that was included with your shipment. Don't worry, general admission tickets are not required to visit the Academy Museum Store!
