Our ecommerce service team is available Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm to help you with your online order, returns and refund status updates. Please send us an email with your WEB Order number, name on the order and details of your question so we can assist you with your online store order.
The online store ecommerce team is available five days a week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

The Academy Museum Store
We are located in the grand lobby of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures at6067 Wilshire Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90036 United States
We are open six days a week 12pm - 7:30pm. Closed on Tuesday.
General Admission Tickets are not required to visit the Academy Museum Store we are open to the general public.
