- Ships directly from Modernica and are available only for US domestic shipping and limited international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination at check out.
- Each chair is hand-made for your order and will take approximately 5 business days from when your order is placed to ship out.
- Each chair is hand-created by an artisan. Some minor variations in the fiberglass texture or creases may appear in the finished product however this is the nature of a hand-crafted item where each chair retails the unique qualities from when it is produced. These are not defects, rather they are traits that make your chair a unique and one of kind piece.
All sales are final on limited edition pieces - no exchanges no refunds. This product does not qualify for free shipping - shipping charges are automatically calculated at check out based on destination. This product will ship to you directly from the Modernica studio separate from other items in your order.

Orders shipped to Minnesota

If you already received your order, we accept returns back to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt (from the day you receive it, not the day you purchase it) with original proof of purchase and in original unworn condition with tags and packaging. All limited-edition and sale items or where items are noted in the product description are final - no exchanges no refund.
Exchanges are not offered online.
Online Returns for Refund Please email us at academymuseumstore@oscars.org with your first name, last name, and order number so we can assist you. Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment and may take up to 7 days to process. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you are in the Los Angeles area, online orders can be returned or exchanged in-person at the store. Please bring the original order invoice that was included with your shipment. Don't worry, general admission tickets are not required to visit the Academy Museum Store!
