Merchandise requests are processed on Tuesday and Fridays of every week (unless it is a holiday). Please account for this when you selecting your needby date.
This form is monitored during normal business hours. Requests received on the weekends, holidays, and after business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

- Submit at least one week in advance. All transfer requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours and no later than before the requested pick-up date.
- Pick-up timing and communication Once submitted, your items will be available by end of day on the selected date.
If you have not received an email by that time, your request is still ready for pick-up unless otherwise notified. Please do not email asking for early pick-up unless you’ve received prior approval.
