Alfred Hitchcock glass ornament Academy Museum Store Exclusive Size 5in. Sir Alfred Joseph Hitchcock (13 August 1899 – 29 April 1980) was an English film director. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the history of cinema. In a career spanning six decades, he directed over 50 feature films, many of which are still widely watched and studied today. Known as the "Master of Suspense", Hitchcock became as well known as any of his actors thanks to his many interviews, his cameo appearances in most of his films, and his hosting and producing the television anthology Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1955–65). His films garnered 46 Academy Award nominations, including six wins, although he never won the award for Best Director, despite five nominations.
The Alfred Hitchcock Collection is housed at the Academy Film Archive in Hollywood, California. It includes home movies, 16mm film shot on the set of Blackmail (1929) and Frenzy (1972), and the earliest known color footage of Hitchcock. The Academy Film Archive has preserved many of his home movies. In 1984, Pat Hitchcock donated her father's papers to the academy's Margaret Herrick Library.

All orders with a total retail value over $300USD require an adult signature on delivery.

For orders shipped to Minnesota, a $0.50 Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee will apply to all online order over $100. This fee is mandated by the State of Minnesota.
JUST IN CASE! - we accept exchanges and returns back to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase with original proof of purchase and in original unworn condition with tags and packaging. All limited-edition and sale items or where items are noted in the product description are final - no exchanges no refund.
