Merchandise requests are processed on Tuesday and Fridays of every week (unless it is a holiday). Please account for this when you selecting your needby date.
This form is monitored during normal business hours. Requests received on the weekends, holidays, and after business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

If you have not received an email by that time, your request is still ready for pick-up unless otherwise notified. Please do not email asking for early pick-up unless you’ve received prior approval.
